Overview
Since our products are digital downloads, no physical items will be shipped or returned.
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download or access link has been delivered.
Refunds are only considered in special cases, such as:
- Duplicate purchases
- Technical errors on our part that prevent access to your product
- Wrong product delivered due to a system issue
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange under any circumstances.
Non-Refundable Items
- Downloadable products (all digital items)
- Gift cards or credits
- Sale or discounted digital products
Refund Process
If you request a refund and it is approved:
- We will notify you by email about the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after approval:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank—processing times vary.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not applicable for digital products. If you receive a defective or incorrect digital product due to a technical error, we will provide you with the correct file or access link.
Gifts
Digital products purchased as gifts are non-refundable. If you received a digital gift product and cannot access it, please contact us, and we will help you gain access.
Shipping Returns
Because our products are digital, there are no shipping costs, physical returns, or delivery times involved.
